- In the event we find jewelry not up to our standard, we will cancel your order and give you a refund.
- We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by weather conditions or courier issues.
- If the packaged items are damaged during transit contact our customer service immediately and send us a video of you opening the package to resolve the issue.
- We will email you the tracking details once the order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the UPS or USPS for any delays
