Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
  • For refund or exchange eligibility, buyer must take the video while opening the box, and must contact Sakhi Boutique support center (contact info is provided below) within 2 days of receiving the item. 
  • For items with minor damages that are easily fixable at customer's end , please contact Sakhi boutique support team for repair instructions.
  • The items that are used, or with missing parts after arrival, or those with damage caused by buyer's handling are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless item arrived damaged or different than what was purchased.
  • Please contact us before sending your package back to us. 

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Ship in the original bubble wrap or box to protect the jewelry items during the shipment.
  • After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
